  • What are your normal business hours?

    Our standard operating hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Do you provide emergency services?

    Our technicians are available around the clock to address your emergency locksmith needs.

  • Do you copy customer-provided key blanks?

    We're happy to cut customer-provided key blanks, provided the blade doesn't contain steel.

  • Do you change fob batteries?

    We offer fob battery replacement services for most types of key fobs at a cost of $10.

  • Do you open safes?

    We do open safes. Given the variety of safe types, we recommend sending pictures to our office. This allows us to provide an accurate price quote and develop an appropriate plan of action.

  • Do you keep copies of customer's combinations in the office when working on safes?

    We respect our customers' privacy and security. Therefore, we do not retain copies of safe combinations, as this information is confidential and belongs solely to the customer.

  • Do you make copies of car keys?

    We can duplicate keys for most vehicle models. To provide an accurate quote, our office staff will need the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
